To manage your account, you will need to log in. You can start, pause (for up to three months) or cancel your subscription. Cancelled subscriptions can be re-started again at any time. You can also update your payment card and contact details or order additional refills at any time.

Your LYMA Starter Kit and all international orders are shipped by DHL. You will receive updates when your parcel is on its way.

All UK LYMA refill orders are sent by Royal Mail and delivered through your letterbox within 3-5 working days.

LYMA has been formulated as an optimal daily dose of four capsules. We recommend that you take two capsules in the morning with breakfast and two capsules in the evening with dinner. This doesn’t have to be a large meal, a small portion of fruit or some nuts will suffice. Do not exceed the recommended dose and please wait at least 30 minutes before or after caffeine intake, as caffeine can inhibit absorption of nutrients.
