Subscriptions

I have two subscriptions, can they be shipped on the same date/together?

It is possible for both your subscriptions to renew on the same date but at the moment we're unable to ship these together.

If I travel, am I able to change the address of where my subscription is delivered?

To change your address for future orders you can do this in your account. If you go to 'My subscriptions' and 'Update' you can amend your address for future renewals.

I purchased my starter kit through another retailer, how do I subscribe or order monthly refills?

If you purchased your LYMA Starter Kit from one of our retail partners, you will need to activate your account by clicking HERE. Once activated your account will be live and you will be eligible for member pricing, can order monthly refills and manage your subscriptions. If you have misplaced your authenticity card or require assistance, please contact a member of Concierge.

Am I able to pause my LYMA subscription?

Yes. You are able to pause your LYMA supplement or skincare subscription at any time, for up to three months. To pause, simply sign into your online account at www.lyma.life/go and select the option to pause under ‘My subscription’.

What is the cost of LYMA if I am outside the UK?

LYMA offers international shipping worldwide. Depending on your delivery address, you may incur additional charges in either GBP, EUR or USD.

How do I add a LYMA subscription after purchasing a LYMA starter kit?

Adding a subscription is simple. Please sign in to your LYMA account and click ‘start’ under ‘My subscriptions’. Your subscription can be paused or cancelled at any time.

Can I trial LYMA without subscribing?

Yes, you are able to purchase a LYMA Starter Kit without a subscription by opting for the ‘one-off purchase’ on the buy page. Then when you are ready to subscribe or buy refill packs you can log into your account and then benefit from member pricing.

How much does a LYMA subscription cost?

Please check the buy page for costs in GBP, USD or EUR. Once you have puchased a LYMA Starter Kit you will be eligible for LYMA Member Pricing.

When will I be charged for a LYMA subscription?

You will be charged for your Supplement or Skincare on your renewal date which will be confirmed in your confirmation email once you subscribe. Your first month subscription, after your initial Starter Kit, will start one week before you run out to ensure we have enough time to ship it to you.

Where can I find my Member ID?

Your 6-digit LYMA Member ID can be found on the front of your LYMA authenticity card, which was included in your starter kit. If you have misplaced your card or require assistance, please contact a member of our concierge team by clicking here. if you have purchased LYMA from the website directly you will be automatically set up and you don’t need to activate your account.
