I absolutely feel the difference when I'm not taking LYMA.

I have been trying out LYMA myself and a family member is so impressed with the results I have shown. Particularly being less tired and sleeping better.

I must admit I enjoyed using the LYMA supplement and felt I was getting the best care for my body at the time. I did feel good whilst taking LYMA and once I’d stopped I noticed that things went downhill.

I was taken off HRT during Covid and after only 3 weeks of LYMA I am feeling the benefit - my symptoms have gone and I feel like myself again, and my skin is definitely looking better, working in the film industry and coming to the end of a job I feel great.

I am not sure if it is the Lyma supplement but I can’t think it will be anything else but. My sleeping has already improved. In that I am sleeping longer, deeper and wake feel refreshed. I also feel calmer. This is a new pattern as for the last few years I am generally awake for a good couple of hours most nights - reading or listening to the radio.

I have been taking these supplements for about 3 weeks, I'm noticing I am waking up feeling refreshed. The other thing is I'm getting an appetite which I've never had. I have struggled with my thyroid/adrenal and have never had an appetite.

I've been taking LYMA for four months now and I have to share my experience with you. I think that I do feel better, less blue, less stressed and I am certainly sleeping better. My skin and nails are all in good condition but I’m not sure I notice a particular change there, although it is possible (these things creep up on you!).
